RESTON, Va., Nov. 10, 2009 -- Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) has been awarded a task order by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to provide technical services that will enhance the communication of information across the Immigration and Customs Enforcement enterprise. DHS awarded the task order against the Enterprise Architecture Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE) Information Technology services contract vehicle.
The Decision Support Services task order is valued at $46 million over one base year and four, one-year option periods.
Northrop Grumman's Information Systems sector will provide Immigration and Customs Enforcement with wide-ranging technical services and solutions to maintain law enforcement and decision support applications including design, development, integration, implementation, maintenance and infrastructure support. These solutions will help improve the efficiency and quality of data available to users.

Work on the contract will be conducted in Fairfax, Va.
