With 30 years of experience as a Director of numerous large, public companies, Mr. Hills brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in corporate strategy, governance, finance, accounting, legal and international matters to Orbital's Board. He has been appointed to the Board's four-member Audit and Finance Committee.

Mr. Hills is currently founder and partner with Hills & Stern, Attorneys- at-Law, and is active as a Director and advisor to several corporations and associations. Previously, he served as Counsel to the President of the United States, Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission, founder and partner of Munger, Tolles & Hills, and partner at Latham, Watkins & Hills. He received B.A. and LL.B degrees from Stanford University and taught at Harvard University's Law School and Business School, Yale University's School of Organization and Management, and Stanford's Law School.
