BALTIMORE, Jan. 22, 2009 -- Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) has appointed John Jadik as vice president of Communications, Intelligence and Networking Solutions for its Electronics Systems sector's Land Forces Division, effective immediately.
In his new position, Jadik will have executive responsibility for all communication, intelligence and network programs within the Land Forces Division, including all programs associated with the Xetron and Denro business operations.
Jadik joined the company's Baltimore operations in 1987 and has held a number of leadership positions including director of Navy Programs, deputy business area manager for C4ISRT, director for the Aerial Common Sensor and director of Intelligence Programs. He most recently served as director of Communications, Intelligence & Networking Solutions.
Jadik earned his bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Pennsylvania, and a master's degree in electrical engineering and signal processing from Johns Hopkins University. He has also completed the General Manager's Program at Harvard University in addition to the Executive Strategic Marketing Program at the University of Chicago.
