FALLS CHURCH, Va., Oct. 8, 2012 -- Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) today was named the Supplier Diversity Corporation of the Year by the U.S. Business Leadership Network (USBLN) at its 15th Annual Leadership Awards presented this week in Orlando, Fla. The Supplier Diversity Corporation Award is presented to the employer that has demonstrated outstanding inclusion of disability-owned businesses in its corporate supplier diversity program.

The purpose of the 2012 USBLN Annual Leadership Awards is to further the mission of identifying leading disability workplace, marketplace and supply chain practices in use today. Award winners demonstrate outstanding commitment to promoting disability diversity across their enterprises and embody the highest ethical standards and values in the community.
Northrop Grumman Corporation is recognized for having established a number of programs and initiatives to help foster diversity and inclusion throughout the company.
