Orbital ATKs Board of Directors Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

DULLES, Va.Jan. 31, 2018-- Orbital ATK, Inc. (NYSE: OA), a global leader in aerospace and defense technologies, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.32 per share to be paid on March 1, 2018 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 12, 2018. Orbital ATK s previous dividend of $0.32 was paid on December 1, 2017. Future dividends are subject to Board approval.
