LORTON, Va. -- Sept. 4, 2003 -- Northrop Grumman Corporation's (NYSE: NOC) Information Technology (IT) sector will dedicate a new facility Sept. 4, 2003, at 10510 Furnace Road in Lorton, Va.

Highlighting the occasion will be remarks by James O'Neill, president, Northrop Grumman IT TASC, and 1st IO Command Commander Colonel McCarl. In addition, information operations demonstrations will be on display.

Northrop Grumman IT designed and reconfigured a new 22,000 square-foot facility to support the Land Information Warfare Activity (LIWA) contract, which the U.S. Army awarded the company last year. The new facility will feature a multi-security environment. Construction of the facility was completed in August.

"This new building will contain approximately 100 Northrop Grumman employees all dedicated to supporting the LIWA contract," said O'Neill. "This new facility will enable us to support our customer with more adequate space for current and future employees."

Robert Frisbie, division director, Northrop Grumman IT TASC, will serve as the company's lead executive at the facility.
