PHOENIX, Sept. 3, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Northrop Grumman Corporation's (NYSE:NOC) Information Technology (IT) sector announced today that it has been selected by Phoenix, Ariz., as a qualified vendor for a one-year, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract.

Northrop Grumman IT will now be included on a list of qualified vendors enabling users from specific city departments and functional areas to tap its professional IT services. The IDIQ covers a broad range of IT services, including systems design and planning; IT security; internet/intranet applications services; and secure wireless communications.
