April 18, 2013 – Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) will join Sandtown (Md.) Habitat for Humanity on Saturday, April 20, to dedicate two newly renovated homes on North Gilmor St. in Baltimore. The dedication ceremony will begin at noon.

More than 400 Northrop Grumman employees, their families and friends volunteered more than 3,500 hours during the past two years working with Sandtown Habitat for Humanity. The homes mark the third and fourth houses sponsored by Northrop Grumman in the Sandtown-Winchester community. Northrop Grumman volunteers have dedicated many thousands of hours and the company has provided more than $190,000 in financial support for the Sandtown Habitat for Humanity effort.

Under the guidance of Sandtown Habitat for Humanity representatives, volunteers from Northrop Grumman and the families and friends of the future homeowners worked on a variety of construction activities including wood framing, roofing, drywall, flooring and painting.
