The Fourth Annual SECAF awards honor small and emerging government contractors and other companies in the industry that rely on small businesses. The Small Business Partner of the Year is awarded to a Washington, D.C., metropolitan area company that has established and actively supported mentorships, teaming, partnerships and other beneficial programs for small and emerging contractors. Northrop Grumman's award was in the category for companies with revenue of more than $100 million.
