Receives 100 percent rating on Human Rights Campaign scorecard for LGBT workplace equality
FALLS CHURCH, Va. – Nov. 19, 2014 – Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) received a perfect score of 100 percent on the 2015 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), a national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) workplace equality, administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation.

The 2015 CEI survey rated 972 businesses in the report, which evaluates LGBT-related policies and practices including nondiscrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive health care benefits, competency programs and public engagement with the LGBT community. By satisfying all of the criteria, Northrop Grumman has been designated as a CEI Best Place to Work for LGBT Equality.
