&lt;p&gt;&amp;ldquo;On behalf of the company and the board of directors, I want to sincerely thank Janis for his significant contributions over his 34-year career with Northrop Grumman,&amp;rdquo; said Warden. &amp;ldquo;His leadership, business and manufacturing prowess and unwavering commitment to our employees and customers is a hallmark of everything he does.&amp;rdquo;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Pamiljans will continue as corporate vice president, reporting to Warden to support this transition and other company initiatives until his retirement.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Jones is currently sector vice president and general manager of Northrop Grumman&amp;rsquo;s Airborne Sensors &amp;amp; Networks division in the Mission Systems sector. This business delivers large-scale, mission-critical C4ISR systems and complex hardware and software products for airborne platforms, including many from the Aeronautics Systems sector. Previously, he led advanced technology and undersea systems businesses.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Jones has 30 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry. He joined Northrop Grumman in 2011 from The Boeing Company. He holds bachelor&amp;rsquo;s and master&amp;rsquo;s degrees in electrical engineering from Kansas State University.&lt;/p&gt;

Schneck will report to Shawn Purvis, corporate vice president and president, Northrop Grumman Enterprise Services.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In this role, Schneck will oversee Northrop Grumman&amp;rsquo;s global cybersecurity strategy and policies, and will be responsible the security of the company&amp;rsquo;s products, services and infrastructures.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&amp;ldquo;Phyllis&amp;rsquo; extensive experience as a senior leader in many government and private-sector cybersecurity positions will contribute greatly to Northrop Grumman&amp;#39;s capabilities in support of our nation&amp;#39;s military and its global security mission,&amp;rdquo; said Purvis.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Most recently, Schneck led the cybersecurity practice at Promontory, an IBM company. Previously, she served as the deputy undersecretary for cybersecurity and communications for the Department of Homeland Security, where she led responses to cybersecurity threats against corporations, civilians and the government. During this time, she led the defensive cybersecurity operational mission to mitigate and respond to cyber threats across the federal civilian government and private sector.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Schneck also served as chief technology officer for the global public sector at McAfee, where she was responsible for products and services used by governments to counter global cyberthreats and maintain industrial and telecommunications security.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Schneck was a member of the Center for Strategic and International Studies Commission on Cybersecurity for the 44th Presidency. She was chairman of the board of directors of the National Cyber-Forensics and Training Alliance, and vice chairman of the National Institute of Standards and Technology&amp;rsquo;s advisory board on information security and privacy. Schneck also served for eight years as national chairman of the board of directors of the FBI&amp;rsquo;s public-private InfraGard program. She holds several information-security and technology patents.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Schneck holds a Ph.D. in computer science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, as well as both a master&amp;rsquo;s degree in computer science and a bachelor&amp;rsquo;s degree in computer science and mathematics from The Johns Hopkins University.&lt;/p&gt;

There will be four operating sectors: Aeronautics Systems, Defense Systems, Mission Systems and Space Systems. The changes are effective Jan. 1, 2020.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&amp;ldquo;This new operating structure allows us to take full advantage of our company&amp;rsquo;s portfolio by aligning businesses that have shared markets, customers and technologies,&amp;rdquo; said Kathy Warden, chairman, chief executive officer and president of Northrop Grumman. &amp;ldquo;It will accelerate our ability to rapidly identify and deliver the technologies, products and services our customers need, and fuel our continued growth and execution.&amp;rdquo;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In addition, Patrick M. Antkowiak, corporate vice president and chief strategy and technology officer, and Christopher T. Jones, corporate vice president and president of Technology Services, have announced their intent to retire.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;As chief executive, Northrop Grumman Japan, Prakash will be responsible for ensuring effective performance on current programs, as well as developing in-country growth opportunities.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Prior to this role, Prakash was the director of corporate strategy for Northrop Grumman, where he helped shape the business portfolio and established the company as a thought leader in several technology areas. He conducted analyses of business initiatives and oversaw multiple strategic planning processes. Previously at Northrop Grumman, Prakash managed international business development.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Prior to joining Northrop Grumman, Prakash, who is a retired U.S. Air Force colonel, held leadership positions at various levels in operations, training and developmental flight test. He worked directly for the Secretary and Chief of Staff of the Air Force developing strategy and policy. He also served as the principal military advisor to the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Manufacturing and Industrial Base Policy, covering matters related to mergers and acquisitions, and the preservation of essential industries and technologies. He was a fighter test pilot with over 3,000 hours in over 60 different aircraft.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Prakash earned a bachelor&amp;rsquo;s degree in engineering from the U.S. Air Force Academy, where he also studied Japanese language and culture. He earned a master&amp;rsquo;s degree in aeronautical and astronautical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a master&amp;rsquo;s in national security strategy from the National War College.&lt;/p&gt;

Before joining General Dynamics, she worked for communications and advertising agencies in the Washington, D.C. area.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In their new roles, Murphy and Gibbs will lead the communications teams of their respective sectors and will be responsible for the development, integration and implementation of a broad range of communications activities. &lt;p&gt;King has an extensive international defense background with over 35 years of experience in the defense sector, including 20 years of service with the Royal Australian Navy (RAN), where he specialised in combat systems engineering and completed posts in the United States and the United Kingdom.&amp;nbsp;After serving in the RAN, King held a variety of senior managerial positions ranging from small Australian enterprises to large multinational corporations.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;King was appointed chief executive officer of the DMO (now the Defence Capability and Sustainment Group) in 2012, where he served until his retirement in 2015.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;King earned a bachelor&amp;rsquo;s degree in engineering from the University of New South Wales. In 2015 he was awarded the U.S. Secretary of Defense Medal for Outstanding Public Service, in recognition of his service and contribution to the success of the U.S.-Australian alliance. King is also a member of Northrop Grumman&amp;rsquo;s international advisory board.&lt;/p&gt;
