Northrop Grumman Awarded Department of Veterans Affairs Contract for Health Information Technology

MCLEAN, Va., Aug. 4, 2016 -- Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) is part of a team that has been awarded a contract to provide information technology services for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Northrop Grumman is in an exclusive partnership as a subcontractor to Liberty IT Solutions under the VA Transformation Twenty-one Total Technology Next-Generation (T4NG) contract. This multi-vendor indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract has a potential value of $22.3 billion over 10 years â a five-year base with a five-year option period.

As the primary contracting vehicle for VA IT services, the T4NG contract awards support the Department's MyVA transformation effort, improving the way VA uses IT to serve veterans. All administrations within the VA can leverage this vehicle for IT service and solutions, including technical support, program management, strategic planning, and systems and software engineering.

Northrop Grumman Wins Work Order to Support Chronic Disease Prevention System for the CDC

MCLEAN, Va. -- Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) has been awarded a $52.7 million contract by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to provide a range of technical services for digital tools and systems in support of the National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion (NCCDPHP).

Chronic diseases account for most deaths in the United States. The CDC's Chronic Disease Prevention System brings together data, health care systems and communities to promote healthy choices and minimize health risk behaviors for all citizens. This work supports the Office of Informatics and Information Resource Management within the NCCDPHP, which is responsible for IT services, application development support, tools, procedures and portfolio management to support this prevention system.

The award is a base-year contract with four option years. This recompete contract is for the previous NCCDPHP Application Portfolio Support and Information Services work order. Northrop Grumman Wins Contract to Support Next Generation Air Transportation System

MCLEAN, Va., Oct. 26, 2015 -- Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) has been awarded an $81 million contract from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to support the Aeronautical Information Management Modernization (AIMM) program.

Under this contract, Northrop Grumman will support the FAA safety mission and Next Generation Air Transportation System (NextGen) objectives of developing automation, and information systems and services to address future air traffic requirements. This program will also provide aviation users with digital Aeronautical Information (AI) that conforms to international standards.
