&lt;p&gt;Under the CES contract, Northrop Grumman will identify, develop and implement cyber capabilities on Unified Platform to further enable the efficiency and effectiveness of cyber missions.&amp;nbsp;Northrop Grumman was selected last fall to serve as the systems coordinator on Unified Platform, which is designed to support all defensive and offensive cyber operations, as well as cyber intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance for U.S. Cyber Command&amp;rsquo;s Cyber Mission Force.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Northrop Grumman will use continuous development, operations and maintenance of cyber platform systems within a distributed agile development environment to support the implementation of the Air Force&amp;rsquo;s vision to provide leading-edge technology to the operational community at the speed of mission need. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The company will perform CES primarily in San Antonio, Texas, as well as locations in Maryland, Georgia and Ohio.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The agency made the award under its HELIOS Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Northrop Grumman will provide the agency with innovative capabilities for its science and technology missions.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;HELIOS is divided into two major technical areas. The aim of these areas is to enhance intelligence; provide strategic warning; and inform research and development, acquisition and operational activities.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&amp;ldquo;Northrop Grumman is pleased to continue supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency through the HELIOS IDIQ,&amp;rdquo; said Ginger Wierzbanowski, vice president, intelligence solutions, cyber and intelligence mission solutions, Northrop Grumman. &amp;ldquo;Our work will help ensure the agency can identify, develop and execute the evolving technical capabilities that allow the intelligence community, combatant commands and other federal agencies to achieve mission success.&amp;rdquo;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The $500 million contract ceiling allows Northrop Grumman to continue providing support to DIA in cross-cutting and multidomain sensor and mission technologies,&amp;nbsp;as well as&amp;nbsp;full systems life cycle&amp;nbsp;development and&amp;nbsp;support. Work will be performed in Cincinnati, Ohio; Fairfax, Virginia; Huntsville, Alabama and Tucson, Arizona.&lt;/p&gt;
